  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days nationwide.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may result in order restrictions for future purchases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Scentorial is not responsible for delays or losses due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Customer unavailability

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the package and product.

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and assist accordingly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Scentorial ships within Pakistan only.
International shipping may be available in the future.
