1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The fragrance bottle must not be used more than 5ml.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:

Original box

Any free testers
-
Promotional items
-
Accessories (if applicable)

The item must not be damaged, tampered with, or altered.
Scentorial reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Charges

Return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
If you request an exchange:

The replacement item will be dispatched within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders).
